Hello and welcome to episode #128 of Podsnacks/Art of the Diet. I figure out a plan for next week based on my unsuccessful past week. Hint? When I deprive myself of something, I compensate for that deprivation not by going and doing good deeds in the neighborhood but by eating more processed carbs.
Also, this week I discuss the “girther” movement which despite zeroing in on a human being who requires zeroing in on, does so for a vile reason: his BMI. Fat shaming on a presidential level is as icky as on the street level, OK? Because its message is no matter what a human being can do to harm others, or may do to others in the future, being “fat” is the biggest insult we can throw at him?
