Episode #109 of Podsnacks/Art of the Diet is all about regime change in my house. I thought my self-discipline just needed a fresh approach but on second look I might need a total regime change.
I’ll explain why and explore the maddening but consistent challenge of weight management when you “think” you are doing all the “right” things.
Also, there's an article about a Canadian rehab program that includes folks with drug, alcohol, AND food addictions. The program costs 14K dollars for 3-4 weeks of treatment. Might be Canadian dollars, but, still. C’mon.
It’s apparently breaking news up north that weight problems can come from addiction to certain foods. You can find that out from WeightWatchers for $14.99 a month.

There is a downloadable test as well as how to score it. Honestly, we all could devise our own test but when “Yale” is in the name of the test, it just sounds more credible, right?
