Stable Genius, here.
Just wanted to let you know I bought an InstantPot as a New Year's resolution and after two days of wariness and dread of pressing its buttons, I decided it might be a good “stand in” for the nuclear suitcase (he'll never know the difference) and the worst he can do by pressing the BIG button is to boil water.
Something, that would be a first for him and he'd probably take credit for the biggest, baddest, best-boiled water ever.
But, this week's episode is all about how I mastered it, why I bought it, and other weight maintenance stuff that I don't believe you'll be hearing anywhere else nor would some of you want to hear but so be it.
I made a Facebook group that has more security checks than TSA but you can join (I think) at this link.
Hey, I'm a work in progress with this group thing but let's see if its worth the effort, shall we? If you sign up, I'll know if there's an interest.
PS. At least, this episode of the podcast is sorta about food. For once! 2 and a half years of podcasts and not many have talked about food.
Also, please help me understand you, my audience, by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org and put “Survey” in subject line and I'll be sending you a short (And I do mean short) survey at end of this week. Thanks to all who have responded to this! I appreciate your comments and stories so so much. You don't have to write anything but “Survey” in the subject line but if you want to say “hey” or share anything else about the podcast, feel free. I personally read all these responses.
Anyway, Here are some articles I also found interesting this week that may or may not relate to anything you are interested in:
Looking for a good diet to follow? U.S. News and World Report ranked some of the most popular options, and the Mediterranean Diet and the DASH Diet came out on top.
