This week's two habits: weighing myself every day and eating only 3 meals and 2 snacks turned the slippery slope into a stroll in a country park. Taking control over what may be physiologically uncontrollable (the body's physiology to want those lost pounds back) is possible and doable without starvation. In my experience it is not possible without some non-negotiable habits.
Tomorrow on the podcast I'm going to discuss those, why I named this blog “Art of the Diet” and how I discovered it has less to do with fine art and more to do with plain ol' skill acquisition. All teachable and learnable skills regardless of your metabolism and starting point. It's my Slippery Slope 101 survival kit. It has worked for me regardless of what food plan I am using or whether I was losing or maintaining weight.
“Skill Sets Save Steps on Slippery Slopes”.
Totally unrelated skill?
I believe 100% in alliteration.
