The appeal of cauliflower pizza may not be as wide as the flour based pizza pie but if one is trying to avoid flour based products but long to have a pizza fix, I'm including a link to the best cauliflower pizza crust I've found so far.
It's a YOUTUBE video and the step he uses that all the other recipes do not is instead of steaming the cauliflower and then wringing out the water in a towel, he puts the ground up cauliflower in a frying pan and dries out the cauliflower “rice” with heat. It only takes a few minutes and to me makes all the difference in getting a crust that actually holds together.
Plus, the chef is amiable and down to earth and you can do all steps in a sequence that makes sense.
